COST
Cash, Zelle, or Check prices, 3% fee for all electronic Payments
Private:
- Master Instructors: $50/30 mins, $75/45mins, $100/1hr,
- Private: Veteran Instructors $45/30 mins, $67.50/45 min, $90/1hr,
- Private: New or Junior Instructor $35/30 mins, $52.50/45 min, $70/1hr
Shared-Privates:
- $30/30 mins per athlete (2 athletes max)
Small Groups:
- 4 athletes= $30/hr per person,
Small Groups:
- 5 athletes= $24/hr per person. 6 athletes= $20/hr per person.
No Show Fee:
- $25/ per 30 mins
YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SERVICE FEES (i.e. Venmo & Paypal)

- Please complete the envelopes provided and place them in the payment box at Dayton *or give directly to your instructor.
Check:
All checks made payable to 5 Star Athletics; place in payment box or mail to:
5385 Green Bridge Road, Dayton, MD 21036.
- *$25 service fee for all returned checks.

CANCELLATIONS
Should any class be canceled by 5 Star Athletics you will receive a credit on your account good for any lessons, clinics, or camps. We will be as lenient as possible for cancelation related to sickness; we don’t want you here if you are sick or feel unwell.
HOW TO CANCEL
Reoccurring Locked Schedule:
A reoccurring, locked schedule continues for the 2-month session. Once you have received your schedule and committed to it you are responsible for payments for the entirety of the session. Credits will only be issued for illness/weather.

Drop-ins scheduled on SignUpGenius:
All changes should be made 72 hrs. in advance using the ‘SignUpGenius’ website. Failure to make changes prior to 72hrs. before your time will result in a $25 fee per every 30 minutes or the loss of future rights to reserve times. Remember: others want times; please be courteous!
