NHS & NCLL Winter Training
|
General Skills: A great all around softball skills tune-up session for cabin fever. Hitting, throwing,
fielding, sliding, bunting, and base-running will all be covered in fun drills.
Pitching/Catching: You don’t need WD-40 to get the rust off of your arm with this clinic. Pitching
fundamentals, accuracy, and speed will be taught along with basic catching skills and drills.
Catchers will also get practice with live pitching.
