REGISTRATION
You can register for summer camp via paypal or via check. Every participant MUST fill out a yearly waiver form. If you have already filled one out for the 2013 year you are good to go.
COST: $245. For groups of 5 or more each person in the group will get $20 off($225).
Paypal: To register via paypal you must indicate your daughter's name and which camp she will be attending in the Instructions to Buyer section. If you cannot find this, please just shoot us an email with this information. Once all is received you will receive a confirmation email.
Pay via Check: To register via check you must fill out a Clinic Registration form or the form from our brochure and mail in to: 8318 Haven Hill Court, Laurel, MD 20723. All checks made payable to 5 Star Athletics. If you have not filled out an annual release form for the 2013 year, you must do that as well and mail it in. Once we receive payment, a confirmation email will be sent.
PLEASE NOTE!!!: Our camps dates have changed! Due to some unfortunate circumstances we will no longer hold CAMP 2 in Anne Arundel County. Camp 1, at Northern High School will now start Monday, June 24th. If you or your organization is looking to host a summer camp during the week of July 15-18, please contact us so we can work on setting this up!
LUNCH OPTIONS
We will be offering lunches again this summer for $6/day. Campers are also free to bring their own lunch. On Thursday's we have a FREE pizza party for all campers! You can purchase lunch for the other 3 days below.
MONDAY: PIZZA
TUESDAY: Ham/Cheese, Turkey/Cheese, PB&J
WEDNESDAY: Ham/Cheese, Turkey/Cheese, PB&J
Lunches include: main meal, drink, healthy snack, fruit and a popsicle.
